Falling into Slumber

Ling Yuan gradually withdrew her gaze when she saw that Dugu Bo was merely deep in thought. She did not say anything.

Tian Yao found a quiet place to sit, her gaze drifting toward Ye Xi from time to time, as though she were lost in thought.

Time continued to pass.

About four or five hours later, Ye Xi finally finished completely absorbing the two immortal herbs.

A gentle breeze swept past, making Ye Xi feel a slight chill.

The Sea God smiled and walked directly out of the Shura God Temple.

After rising to pour Ye Xi a cup of water, Ling Yuan handed it to her.

"Five days?"

"I actually slept for so long. Did anything happen during that time?"

Ye Xi reached out to take the water Ling Yuan offered and drank it unhurriedly.

"Young Miss, nothing happened in Heaven Dou City during the days you were asleep."

"However, Dugu Bo came every day to check on you."

"As for the Young Master, I did not tell him that you had fallen asleep."

Ling Yuan spoke softly. Only after placing her hand on Ye Xi's wrist and confirming that there truly was nothing wrong with Ye Xi's body did she finally relax.
