Background / History

Ye Xi founded the Frost Snow Pavilion after the Breaking Clan and Defense Clan agreed to join her. Yang Wudi and Niu Gao recognized Ye Xi as Pavilion Master, while Niu Gao’s Defense Clan took responsibility for construction. Qian Renxue, acting through the Heaven Dou Crown Prince, supplied building materials, craftsmen, and political support. 51 53

The pavilion was completed in roughly four months rather than the anticipated half-year, aided by funding from the Heaven Dou Imperial Family, imperial craftsmen, and the Nine Heart Sea Tang Family. Its development accelerated further as small sects became vassals over the following three years. 57

By Ye Xi’s return in Chapter 98, the pavilion had acquired additional small and medium aristocratic families and sects as vassals. Its apparent strength had surpassed the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan and was approaching that of the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile School. 98

The Frost Snow Pavilion expanded with Heaven Dou funding under Niu Gao’s supervision. The completed expansion included the Lake Heart Pavilion, a private residential complex for Ye Xi and her close associates. 194 251 252
