"Yeah. This is how they barbecue in China." Jiang Yan Hai nodded and set the meat in his hand onto a plate on the table.
Then he picked up a beer from beside him, twisted off the cap with one hand, and handed a bottle to Jason Bourne.
"Thanks." Jason Bourne took it and thanked him.
Jiang Yan Hai twisted open another bottle for himself, clinked it against Jason Bourne's with a "clang," then took a drink.
This needed to be mentioned: when many people watched foreign films, they saw men lightly twist beer caps open with their fingers and thought they could do it too. Then they tried it and hurt their hands.
Don't be stupid... Their beer caps looked much like the ones in China, but they were actually designed to twist open like soda bottle caps. They also had another type of design, the same as in China, which required a bottle opener.
