"Are you sure?" This news truly shocked Jiang Yan Hai.

"During the Soviet era, they built a Nuclear Submarine made entirely of Titanium Alloy. There were actually two such submarines, but one was left unfinished. After the Soviet Union collapsed, that unfinished Nuclear Submarine vanished. No one knew where it might have been sold."

"There were rumors that it was Sandstorm's mobile headquarters." Kurt revealed a secret that stunned Jiang Yan Hai. To be honest, Jiang Yan Hai had always believed that Sandstorm had avoided detection by the United States for so many years because they concealed their identities well, using legitimate companies to cover many of their activities.

Their branches were spread across different countries. Though the Americans were indeed capable, they were not omnipotent; tracking something like this was extremely difficult. But Jiang Yan Hai had never expected their headquarters to be a Nuclear Submarine.

And one made of Titanium Alloy at that. Hadn't the only completed submarine of that type sunk in a fire?

No one had ever considered it.

"What evidence do you have?" Jiang Yan Hai asked as he looked at him.

"None. I told you, it's only a rumor. As for whether it's true, I don't know. I have no evidence either." According to the Advanced Scanning Program, Kurt was telling the truth.

Jiang Yan Hai silently nodded, then said, "All right. It seems we've already reached an agreement. Thank you for the information."

A smile immediately appeared on Kurt's face. But before it could fade, Jiang Yan Hai suddenly raised his hand.

With a muffled pop, a bullet struck him directly between the brows. Kurt's expression froze, and then his body slowly slid down and collapsed onto the floor.

Jiang Yan Hai walked over and crouched beside him. Kurt's eyes remained wide open.
