"No, strictly speaking, we had once been more like comrades-in-arms." Jiang Yan Hai smiled.
"How so?" Waters was somewhat puzzled. "Were you in the Marine Corps too?"
"Not exactly, but some of my team members came from the Marine Corps. As for the rest, allow me to formally introduce myself: Liston Han Xiao, wanted by both the U.S. government and the CIA." Jiang Yan Hai extended his hand again.
Waters and the others exchanged glances. Then Waters reached out and shook Jiang Yan Hai's hand once more. "It's truly an honor, Mr. Twenty Million Dollars."
"Haha." Jiang Yan Hai laughed twice. Waters's attitude had already made many things clear. It meant they did not care about his identity, at least not before their joint operation was over.
"What's your plan?" Waters asked directly.
"We'll go to the front of the village first. Any plan has to begin from there." Jiang Yan Hai nodded. Dawn was already beginning to break, meaning daylight would soon arrive.
"Let's go." Waters did not waste words. Everyone immediately sprang into action. Under Jiang Yan Hai's lead, the two combat teams quickly circled around from the outskirts to the village entrance.
By the time they approached the village entrance, the sky had grown even brighter.
"Can we begin?" Waters asked.
"Carlos, I've sent you the coordinates. Start!" Jiang Yan Hai called Carlos directly over the comms channel.
"Understood!" Having received Jiang Yan Hai's order, Carlos and the other two immediately got to work, mainly with one of the Armored Vehicles.
With an electric hum, the 122mm Howitzer mounted on the Armored Vehicle began rotating rapidly. This thing was already considered large-caliber artillery. Though its range was not as great as that of a self-propelled howitzer, a range of several kilometers was naturally no problem at all.
