Jiang Yan Hai fell asleep. He did not know why he had fallen asleep. Li Ruo Bai woke him because the water in the bathtub had already turned a little cold.
"I'm going to take a shower," Jiang Yan Hai said softly after being awakened.
"Okay. I'll scrub your back in a bit. Look at you—there's enough grime on you to roll up," Li Ruo Bai said with a smile.
"Okay." Jiang Yan Hai scratched his head sheepishly. He was not a god; no matter how strong his physical condition was, it could not automatically clean away dust and dirt. He had not bathed in many days. Where had he found the time?
Smoke, battlefields—after all that accumulated, it was perfectly normal for enough dirt to roll off him. When he had climbed out of the bathtub just now, even the water had changed color slightly.
Standing in the shower stall, Jiang Yan Hai simply picked up the scrubbing cloth beside him and quickly washed all the places he could reach himself. Then he turned off the water, and Li Ruo Bai came in to scrub his back.
