"I'm not entirely sure what you want. I can't guarantee it, but I'll bring some over for you. As for how much, I'm not sure," the Prophet said after hesitating.
"No problem." Jiang Yan Hai nodded.
"You're not asking for anything else?" The Prophet couldn't help glancing at Jiang Yan Hai. He knew the Star Gate was far from easy to study. Red Star, Mipu, and Sand Bear had conducted countless studies on the entire Star Gate.
Yet none of those studies had produced any results. Or rather, many detection instruments had achieved absolutely nothing.
Even the Star Gate itself had no effect when placed here, much less the minerals that caused it to appear. Did he think they had never studied similar minerals? Of course they had.
"As for anything else, it doesn't really matter. Some things have technological barriers, and I don't know if you've noticed that although our worlds seem highly similar, there are actually many strange differences between them."
"For example, some minerals, plants, and even animals are different," Jiang Yan Hai said quickly.
In fact, the strongest evidence of those strange differences lay in the minerals, because minerals might not change for millions or even tens of millions of years. Differences in animals and plants, on the other hand, were not particularly convincing.
To put it bluntly, never mind hundreds of millions of years of evolutionary history—even with only one or two hundred years of history, a certain plant species might go extinct for some reason, while under identical conditions, the same species might survive simply because the weather had been good that day.
Living creatures carried the greatest uncertainty.
"That's true. Still, I'll provide you with whatever I can. After all, we're all in the same boat now." The Prophet sighed.
