Everyone withdrew from the exercise area. By the time they came out, the people outside had already assembled. Aside from those on duty, nearly everyone from the Wolf Warrior Squadron had gathered here.
"Report, Comrade Captain! Wolf Warrior Squadron, excluding 48 personnel on duty! Expected: 96! Present: 96! Please give instructions!" Once everyone had assembled, Shao Bing ran straight up to Jiang Yan Hai, saluted him, and reported loudly.
Jiang Yan Hai returned the salute, then stepped before everyone.
"Comrades!"
The moment Jiang Yan Hai spoke, everyone immediately snapped to attention.
"At ease."
Once everyone had relaxed, Jiang Yan Hai said, "I watched your training. You all know the exercise results, and I experienced them firsthand. To be honest, your training, professional discipline, and combat capabilities as special forces soldiers are all first-rate."
Having said that, Jiang Yan Hai continued without caring what they thought. "There's no need to feel embarrassed. I'm telling the truth. Not everyone is me, and you wouldn't have achieved results like that against anyone else either. That isn't me bragging. When it comes to using my brain, I consider myself fairly capable."
"So in future training, I hope you'll use your heads more, rather than just your muscles."
"Of course, those muscles still need to be strong enough."
"All right, that's enough. Next, though, you may have to leave with me." Jiang Yan Hai smiled.
Everyone was somewhat bewildered. Honestly, they did not understand what Jiang Yan Hai meant.
This did not seem to match what they had imagined at all.
"All right, dismissed. Go do whatever you need to do. Shao Bing, come with me." Jiang Yan Hai waved a hand.
They looked at one another. They had all assumed Jiang Yan Hai, as a new officer taking command, would at least make a
