"Bring Long Jie out!"

At the Tianshui Battle Team's usual training grounds, a plump middle-aged woman had brought yesterday's Toad Demon and was now pointing accusingly at several girls from the Tianshui Battle Team.

"Look at you all. Instead of cultivating every day, what are you doing? Huh? Learning from others and embarrassing yourselves in the square? Is Heavenly Water Academy's money being spent to raise a bunch of useless trash like you?"

The Dean of Education cursed furiously, dismissing Long Jie's training as worthless. Even Yu Hairou, who had always clashed with Long Jie, could not stand it any longer and stepped forward. "We aren't trash."

"And we haven't been wasting time. Captain Long Jie's training really works. Our cultivation speed has increased a lot these past few days!"

"Exactly! We can clearly feel that we're cultivating much faster!"

The girls all spoke up to defend Long Jie, but why would the Dean of Education care about any of that?

She had come today to vent the Toad Demon's anger. Why would she care about them?

The Dean of Education glared fiercely at the girls, clearly targeting them.

The girls looked at one another, unsure what to say. Long Jie had only trained them for two days. No matter how good the training was, they could not possibly level up just like that!

At least give them some time.

But the Dean of Education did not care about that. Looking at them, she sneered, "What use is that Long Jie? All he knows is how to tempt you into fooling around. Starting today, he is no longer your captain!"

"Y-You... what gives you the right?" Yu Hairou glared at her. She had already acknowledged Long Jie, so naturally, she would protect his interests.

"What gives me the right? I'm the Dean of Education!" the Dean of Education said smugly. She had come today specifically to target Long Jie. Why would she care whether they agreed?

"Oh? Since when did Heavenly Water Academy become your personal kingdom, Dean of Education?"

At that moment, Long Jie slowly appeared with Shui Bing'er and Shui Yue'er. The instant they appeared, Wang Yu said excitedly, "Mom, it's him! It's him! He's Long Jie!"

"Obviously. I'm the only man in Heavenly Water Academy. If it isn't me, then who is it?" Long Jie shot Wang Yu a glare, startling her.

Wang Yu was not wearing yesterday's outfit today. Instead, she looked slightly more innocent—just not any prettier...

"Oh? Whether I get thrown out of Heavenly Water Academy is something you can decide?" Long Jie smiled, showing no fear even in the face of the Dean of Education.

He looked at the Dean of Education and sneered. "Didn't you want to see whether anyone has leveled up? Come on, I'll show you right now!"

Long Jie gave Shui Bing'er a push. Understanding his meaning, Shui Bing'er took a Soul Testing Stone from her robes and poured Soul Power into it. A large "32" appeared on its surface.

"Three days ago, my Soul Power was level thirty-one. Now, it is level thirty-two. If I had cultivated normally, I probably would not have reached level thirty-two until next month!"

Shui Bing'er spoke slowly, her gaze fixed on the Dean of Education as she said coldly, "In other words, your claim that Long Jie has no teaching ability does not hold up. You have no right to drive him away!"

"That's great!" The girls were delighted and grew excited. With Shui Bing'er's testimony, the Dean of Education could not make Long Jie leave Heavenly Water Academy.

The Dean of Education frowned. These girls were not so simple after all. One of them had actually gained a level within three days?

Her gaze swept across the girls as she said expressionlessly, "If you want to prove that Long Jie truly has this ability, then I'll give you a chance!"

"Three days. Shui Bing'er gained a level in three days, so I'll give you three days as well. If all of you can gain a level after three days, then I'll believe Long Jie has this ability and let him stay at Heavenly Water Academy. If he can't, then he can get the hell out himself!"

After saying that, the Dean of Education ignored whether they agreed and left with Wang Yu.

"Hmph! She's gone too far!" Shui Yue'er said angrily, her eyes filled with disgust as she looked at the Dean of Education's retreating back.

Three days—how could they all possibly gain a level?

"Long Jie, what do we do now?" Shui Bing'er asked worriedly. She had leveled up because of Long Jie, because she and Long Jie... It could not be that Long Jie had to do the same with all of them, right?

Though perhaps that was not impossible?

"Three days... isn't that too much time?" Long Jie smiled. "Don't worry, everyone. You have to believe in me. There's no need to panic now. Three days will definitely be enough!"

"Long Jie is right!" Yu Hairou also agreed with him. Looking at the girls, she said, "I have a feeling I can level up within three days. What about you?"

The girls all lowered their heads, unsure how to respond...

"I... might need seven days!"

"I'll need... more than ten days, I think!"

The girls estimated their own timelines, and those were all conservative estimates.

Even Shui Yue'er said helplessly, "My talent is poor. I might need half a month!"

As soon as those words were spoken, all the girls fell silent. Trying to make up that much time within three days was simply too difficult—or rather, utterly impossible?

Right after her, Yu Hairou stepped forward as well. "I believe in you too!"

Then came the third, the fourth, until every last girl said that she believed in him. Only then did Long Jie smile faintly.

"Good. Since you all believe in me, let's go eat breakfast first. Once we're done, we'll come back and train!"

"Alright!" the girls replied. Soon, they headed to the dining hall and began eating.

Shui Bing'er deliberately lagged behind and walked beside Long Jie. She asked curiously, "Do you have a method? If it won't work, you don't need to force yourself. I'll go talk to the Vice Dean. I'm sure she won't make you leave!"

The Vice Dean had made it clear last time that she wanted Long Jie to stay. How could she possibly let the Dean of Education drive him away?

"That's a good idea, but unfortunately, the Vice Dean went to Lan Ba Academy yesterday to speak with Dean Liu Erlong. She probably won't be back for ten days or half a month!" Long Jie shrugged indifferently.

"Don't worry. I have confidence. Just leave everything to me!"

Seeing how certain he was, Shui Bing'er could not say anything more and could only choose to believe him.
