Meng Meng shouted, startling Long Jie into hurriedly covering her mouth and hiding in a corner.

"Who is it? Who's there?" The leader frowned, curved blade in hand as he cautiously approached the corner where the sound had come from.

The footsteps grew louder and louder. Just as he was about to reach them, Long Jie frowned, the Seven Stars Blade already prepared in his hand as he readied himself for a slaughter.

"Meow, meow~"

A little tabby kitten ran out from the corner. The leader halted and let out a sigh of relief.

"So it was just a little tabby kitten! Go on, go play somewhere else!"

The leader kicked the kitten away and muttered, "You nearly got my big kitty killed, you little kitty!"

He gave a sinister smile and returned to the group. The group set off once more!

"Whew... it's finally over..." Long Jie sighed in relief. If they started fighting here, they might attract Spirit Hall's law enforcement officers.

After all, capturing Catwomen was not against the law, but beating people was!
