The two Ghosts that had been residing in the candlestick and the alarm clock slowly revealed their ethereal forms in mid-air.

"Letting that human stay in this Castle... isn't that going too far? Duke has always hated humans."

Fuk's tone was still filled with fear and unease.

These two Ghosts had served the Bone Duke for hundreds of years and were fiercely loyal to him.

Over these past few centuries, they had seen too many ignorant humans trespass into the Bone Duke's territory, only to be instantly devoured by a swarm of Soul Eaters, leaving not even a trace. Even the few who were slightly luckier were eventually transformed into undead creatures, suffering a fate worse than death.

The final outcome for any human who dared to approach the Bone Duke's territory was always tragic. Yet, that old woman, who was barely even a Mage, not only entered this Castle but also enjoyed a wonderful dinner inside!

This was something they couldn't have imagined before, or rather, even thinking about it would have been an act of great disrespect.

But the fact was right before their eyes: the Bone Duke had 'warmly' entertained this human.

"This is Your Highness's command. Didn't you notice how happy the Duke has been these past two days since Prince came? His soul fire is almost taking the shape of musical notes."

Hua Luo was a Violin player in the Bone Duke's orchestra. The knowledge he had acquired during his life remained with him even after becoming one of the Bone Duke's burial objects.

In the past, the Bone Duke was an absolute fanatic in The Demonic Realm. He would not allow any living creature to step into his territory, and he himself would never leave his territory unless absolutely necessary, staying in the Castle for a long time.
