Morning, Iron Hammer Street.

The name of this street seemed utterly out of place in Magic City Nolan, but there was a reason it was called that.

When Joshua stepped onto the street, there were far fewer human Spellcasters than elsewhere in Nolan.

There were noticeably more Dwarves carrying hammers or axes, while the sound of metal being forged constantly rang out from the surrounding shops.

The heat released by the Dwarves' furnaces had raised the temperature of the entire street considerably.

"Aren't you sleepy, getting up so early?"

Ciri, following behind Joshua, yawned. She had stayed up late again last night. After finishing part of the concept art, she had happily gotten her hands on the earliest draft of Leon: The Professional.

"That's normal for creatures like programmers."

Joshua had often stayed up late every other day back on Earth. After coming to this world, he had gained the physique of a Chaos Demon, so going without sleep for a week was no problem.

"Progra... what? Forget it... that old Dwarf from last night is coming over."

Ciri had already given up trying to understand Joshua's strange vocabulary. She pointed at Frost Axe, who was walking over through the crowd of Dwarves in the distance.

A human's height was especially conspicuous among a group of Dwarves, so Frost Axe spotted Joshua and Ciri at a glance.

"You two are much more hardworking than those lazy little brats!"

After walking up to Joshua, Frost Axe enthusiastically extended his hand. Joshua took it without ceremony.

A Dwarf's hand was twice the size of a human's, and the thick calluses covering it were like a layer of armor.

The moment Joshua clasped Frost Axe's hand, he could feel quite a few gazes on the street turning toward him, most of them human.
