The next day, Joshua did not immerse himself in the World Rift. Instead, he drove a Magic Mechanical Vehicle to the center of Nolan.
Nolan's central district had become a forbidden zone for all of Nolan. Not only was it protected by powerful magical barriers, but there were also Watchers' Eyes of Surveillance set up by the White-robed One, with an ice dragon guarding the inside of the barrier.
As the World Tree's gardener, Joshua did not even need to be inspected to enter this forbidden zone.
Following a small path paved with unknown stones, Joshua arrived at the Deep Pit in the center of Nolan.
The once barren Deep Pit had been covered in green grass and all kinds of flowers, but the most eye-catching sight was the enormous ice-blue dragon lying within it.
The ice-blue dragon was genuinely lying on her side. She even propped up her head with one foreclaw, while the other scratched at her wing when Joshua arrived, accompanied by strange purring sounds.
From a dragon's perspective, Joshua could probably regard those purrs as laughter. After all, the ice dragon was lying on the grass watching the latest episode of "Cat and Mouse."
Tom had just been flattened by a giant safe, changing from a cat into a block of cat. Cube-shaped Tom was still leaning against a table, blinking his eyes.
The moment Joshua stepped into the Deep Pit, Catalina seemed to notice someone's presence. She immediately corrected her undignified posture and turned around.
"Watcher." When Catalina saw that it was Joshua, she forcibly swallowed the breath in her mouth.
