Klein could not help but glance at Alice.
If he had not known that Sequence 1 of the Spectator pathway was called Writer, then her words would have been complete nonsense, just like every sentence Alice had said before.
He Shook His Head, looked into Alice's eyes, and said something that seemed rather out of the blue:
"Seviya Chrysanthemums symbolize happiness."
Alice froze slightly, realizing that he was answering her earlier question.
This was a type of chrysanthemum that came in yellow, white, and many other colors. The most common variety was golden yellow. Just as Klein had said, this flower symbolized happiness.
But it was not a flower commonly used for grave sweeping—although, Theoretically Speaking, chrysanthemums really were quite suitable for visiting graves.
However, Alice remembered this flower. Before leaving Tingen City, she had accompanied Klein to see Benson and Melissa, and Klein had given both of them this flower.
Before she could ask anything, Klein changed the subject. "Alice, aside from... uh, do you have any other reward you want?"
Alice Shook Her Head.
There was nothing she urgently needed. Or Rather, there was nothing she desperately needed but could not obtain.
After all, she had just gone through something as absurd as being given a Beyonder Characteristic.
Alice frowned and thought hard for a while before suddenly coming up with a Good Idea.
"Right... can you help me sell something?"
"What?" Klein blanked out for a moment.
Alice shook her head and Explained, "Can you help me sell the equipment dropped by that Demigod who wanted to kill you?"
Dropped... equipment? Klein froze for a moment before realizing she was probably referring to a Beyonder Characteristic.
That was so like her... Klein gave Alice a Slightly Hesitant, headache-inducing look, Shook His Head, and could not help sighing
