Entering the Nourishing Life Lord was an utterly ordinary process.

Lu Yang and Sky Soaring did not even need to leave the Human World. They only needed to enter the Void Darkness Land first, then re-anchor their coordinates.

By the time Lu Yang came back to his senses, he had fallen into another Outer Heaven Light Sea. Without the slightest hesitation, he instantly prepared to meet an attack.

Yet no attack came.

Only then did he look around, and his expression shifted slightly. Unlike the Human World, there isn't a single Light Sea here to stand on.

The Nourishing Life Lord differed from the Human World. There was no footprint-shaped Light Sea like the Taihuang Realm. Upon entering, they had arrived directly at the Immortal Palace grounds—only this time, they were in a loft deeper within. It looked like a colossal tower from afar, divided into nine floors from top to bottom.

Lu Yang then shifted his gaze.

As expected, Old Dragon Lord and Mu Changsheng had long been waiting on the other two sides of the loft, each holding a thick volume in his hands.

A library?

There was nowhere to stand throughout the enormous tower. All nine floors, inside and out, were packed with dense rows of bookshelves. Only the middle had been hollowed out, allowing people to browse the volumes within.

After a pause, Lu Yang simply looked toward Mu Changsheng. "May I ask, Fellow Daoist, how does one clear this trial?"

Mu Changsheng wore a helpless expression. "I don't know."

"If I had cleared it back then, I wouldn't have died at the Foundation Establishment stage. I only know that this is a place for reading. Perhaps one must read every book here."
