Update Time Adjusted to 10 PM, Four Updates Resumed

I looked over yesterday's comments. The pacing was indeed a little slow at the moment, but it was also a necessary process and couldn't truly be skipped. After much deliberation, the author decided to make things harder on himself.

Starting today and continuing until the end of the month, all updates would be moved to 10 PM, and the number of updates would be raised back to four per day.

This should improve the experience for those following the updates while maintaining the current pacing.
