Background

Bai Chenxiang is the daughter of Bai He, Clan Chief of the Speed Clan. Her clan was one of the four single-attribute clans formerly aligned with the Clear Sky Sect and suffered heavily from Spirit Hall’s suppression after the Clear Sky Sect withdrew into seclusion. Seeking a way to preserve and restore the Speed Clan, she personally joined an operation against Zhuge Lan. 394

The operation proved to be a trap. Realizing that continued defiance could doom both the captives and their clans, Bai Chenxiang revealed her identity and urged the other captured cultivators to do the same, hoping to obtain Zhuge Lan’s forgiveness. 394

After Zhuge Lan caught her during the Soul Master Meteor Shower incident, Bai Chenxiang regained consciousness in his arms and sincerely apologized for acting against him because of her clan’s circumstances. 398 400

Bai Chenxiang participates in the alliance assembled against Zhuge Lan in hopes of finding a future for the struggling Speed Clan. After the group is trapped, she reveals herself as Bai He’s daughter and urges the other captives to demonstrate sincerity rather than invite their clans’ destruction. 394

Spirit Hall War and Speed Clan Victory

When Spirit Hall attacks the Speed Clan, Bai Chenxiang remains with Zhuge Lan and Dugu Bo after they escape hostile forces using Clone Pills. The clan initially suffers under Spirit Hall’s superior force, including the death of Mo Elder, before Dugu Bo defeats the Branch Hall Master and secures victory. 410 411 416

Following the battle, she tells her recovering father of the victory, then openly embraces and kisses Zhuge Lan amid the celebrating clansmen. 416

Extreme Challenge Competition

Bai Chenxiang helps oversee the Speed Clan’s Extreme Challenge Competition and acts as an intermediary between the clan, Zhuge Lan, and the contestants. When Bai He postpones the event for safety and fairness, she delivers the unpopular decision and patiently calms the dissatisfied participants. 421 425

She later hosts the finals, announces the rules and rewards, and maintains her composure despite knowing Tang San is disguised among the competitors. 496 501

Rebuilding and Spy Investigation

After the Speed Clan’s home is damaged, Bai Chenxiang personally clears debris, carries stones, builds temporary shelters, and encourages the clan to rebuild together. 485 486

When the clan’s supply convoy is robbed, she leads elites to retrieve the supplies and identifies the possibility that the bandits knew the convoy’s route through an internal leak. 486 487

She subsequently leads an investigation into suspected spies, gathers evidence from a mountain cave, and delivers coded plans and correspondence to Bai He. Her findings help confirm that a member of the Resource Transportation Team is likely a mole. 490 495

Tang San’s Infiltration

Zhuge Lan reveals to Bai Chenxiang that “Sha Zhuge,” a prominent competitor in the Speed Clan, is actually Tang San in disguise. Although worried that he may act recklessly, she follows Zhuge Lan’s plan to announce his departure during the finals. 497 498 501

Tang San reacts by attacking her. Bai Chenxiang uses Zhuge Lan’s protective ball to bombard him with void fists, exposes his identity before the Speed Clan, and orders a search after he escapes through a smoke bomb. 503

Forced Marriage Crisis

Taihu Douluo and traitorous elders capture Bai Chenxiang, bind her, and announce a forced marriage intended to lure Zhuge Lan into a trap. Bai Chenxiang refuses to submit, threatens suicide rather than be touched, and waits for Zhuge Lan’s rescue. 558 560

Zhuge Lan kills Taihu Douluo, rescues Bai Chenxiang, and eliminates the traitorous elders. The two reaffirm their love afterward. 563

Continued Leadership
