After undergoing an MRI and a series of other examinations, the only issue found was a slight problem with my cervical spine. At this point, the dizziness and nausea were either caused by my neck or by suddenly reducing my paroxetine dosage. I felt awful. I had no idea when I would be discharged. So depressing.
