After that, everything returned to normal.
Harry quickly put that unreliable Divination class out of his mind and threw himself wholeheartedly into Quidditch training. Because Airi had interfered during his first year, Professor McGonagall had not made an exception and selected him for the Quidditch team. Instead, he joined the team normally in his second year. Naturally, Harry butted heads with Malfoy.
But none of that had anything to do with Airi.
In fact, she was discussing another school-related issue with Dumbledore.
Security.
So...
"I don't know whether I should approve of this, Miss Airi."
Dumbledore looked at the Crystal Ball before him with a complicated expression. This was Airi's latest magical invention, Omniscient Surveillance. Put simply, she had sealed these spells inside Crystal Balls, and once the balls were installed in suitable locations, they could record everything happening there like surveillance cameras.
"This may make our students very uncomfortable."
"I don't see what the problem is, Headmaster Dumbledore."
Airi did not care in the slightest about Dumbledore's stance.
"I'm not planning to install these things in toilets, bathrooms, or dormitories. But I believe Hogwarts students must conduct themselves like normal wizards in public. I don't care whether they're screwing chickens or ducks in the privacy of their own spaces, but in public, they should follow the rules... Isn't that what rules and laws are for?"
"But we should trust the students..."
"If you can really say that and mean it, then stop secretly watching Harry Potter's every move like some perverted voyeur."
Airi shot back directly, leaving Dumbledore speechless for a long while. In the end, he let out a soft sigh.
"Miss Airi, you seem to dislike me."
*You can't win the argument, so now you're trying to play the emotional card? Do you think I'm an idiot
