After beating that idiot senseless, Shizuku sealed him away and continued sightseeing around the theme park with Eris and Tamamo-no-Mae. Eris had been a little worried at first, but a child was still a child. After Shizuku took her on a few rides, Eris put the matter out of her mind and happily went back to enjoying herself.
The three of them then spent the night at a hotel before returning to New York refreshed and full of energy.
"Where the hell did you all go?!"
However, the moment Shizuku and the others returned, Rosette came charging over and practically shouted at them.
"We went to Disneyland for a little fun. What's wrong? Did something happen?"
Shizuku did not care about Rosette's temper. She shrugged and casually answered her question before curiously looking around. Everywhere she looked, there were wounded people wrapped in bandages. It looked as though they had just fought a major battle.
Hearing Shizuku's question, Rosette was at a loss for words. She then told Shizuku about yesterday's operation—they had followed the plan and joined forces with Duke Diabolos to attack that stronghold.
But what Rosette and the others had not expected was that it had merely been a trap. In fact, Aion had anticipated this long ago. He had played along, using several of his subordinates to hold them back while he took the opportunity to try and capture the last Earthly Agent, Eris.
Aion's subordinates had indeed been incredibly powerful. After all, they had once joined forces to kill more than four hundred million demons in the Demon Realm, so their combat strength was not to be underestimated. Fortunately, Shizuku had restored Rosette's lifespan, so she directly released Chrono's seal. In the end, with Chrono and Duke Diabolos working together, the sinners were completely wiped
