"Of course not."
Airi rolled her eyes at Azusa's question.
"I just taught him a tiny little lesson. He's not dead yet."
"Didn't every bone in his body break?"
"With healing magic, he won't die."
"None of that matters. What matters is, where exactly is this maze?"
Elena interrupted their conversation and asked helplessly. The witches were currently on their way to the fourth maze, which lay deep within Ryson Great Canyon. It was not easy for ordinary people to approach this place. The reason was simple: the bottom of Ryson Great Canyon seemed to possess some mysterious power capable of suppressing and breaking down magic. Unless one was an exceptionally skilled magic user, they could not even mobilize their magic down there.
On the other hand, Demon Beasts could use their power down there without any hindrance, which caused the girls quite a bit of trouble. Azusa was fine, though. At level 99, half her talents had basically been invested into physical abilities. Even against Demon Beasts, she could just roll up her sleeves and fight without fear.
As for Little White, there was even less need to mention her. She was a Spider Spirit to begin with, so naturally she was unaffected by this effect.
Only Elena had truly drawn the short straw. She trudged along at the back with her broom over her shoulder and a bag on her back, looking as though she were about to collapse from exhaustion.
"It should be around here..."
As she spoke, Airi looked around.
"That should be it."

Following Airi's gaze, everyone fell silent. On a cliff not far away stood another rectangular slab carved to resemble a signboard, complete with lavish decorations and a line of writing.
