Fang Zheng trapped Musashi in Fūka and fought her across an icy wasteland, but her Klein Field deflected his attacks and her teleportation let her escape. He sent the Undead Army and Frost Dragons after her to scout the warship.

The Mental Models showed interest in learning the Swarm’s combat methods, and Fang Zheng reached the Cursed Children who had stayed behind because of their high mutation levels.

• Fang Zheng refused Nanali’s request to use Creep as raw material and told her to prepare finished Nutrient Solution as a gift for the Holy Kingdom.
• Mibu Asahi reported that 1,650 Cursed Children had entered Heavenly Dao Palace for purification and adjustment.
• Rodney, Iona, Musashi, Takao, and the other Sea Fog Mental Models joined Fang Zheng at the Teleportation Gate to visit the Yautja world.
• A Cursed Child suffered a severe Gastrea mutation, and the girls carrying her rushed her through the gate for treatment.

The chapter ended with O'Glan heading to the dock while still waiting for Fang Zheng to arrive.

• O'Glan reflected on how Golden Bay had been rebuilt and learned that the Grande Family's head had arrived in person.
• O'Glan recalled that the Holy Temple had secured Golden Bay's ownership and the Platinum Family had invested heavily in its reconstruction.
• O'Glan understood that the Holy Kingdom planned to use Golden Bay as a naval base to challenge the Fire Nation's control of overseas trade routes.
• O'Glan learned that fleets from the Fire Nation and Wealth Nation would attend the foundation ceremony, turning it into a major test of maritime strength.

The Wealth and Fire Nations’ fleet and the Holy Kingdom and Magical Nation’s fleet advanced toward the same harbor without yielding, bringing them to the brink of a collision. As O'Glan desperately hoped Fang Zheng would intervene, the sky suddenly darkened.

• The captain of the Advance ordered his fleet to keep moving toward the harbor, and the captain of the Divine Blessing received the Magical Nation mage’s order to do the same.
• Both mixed fleets formed up and advanced at matching speeds and altitudes, making a collision seem inevitable.
• O'Glan and the gathered representatives realized the standoff challenged the nations’ honor and the Fire Nation’s naval supremacy.
