As the final chain shattered into countless fragments, the sealing power upon the Flame Emperor's Spirit completely vanished.
"Hahaha, the seal is broken! This Emperor has finally escaped!"
The Flame Emperor's Spirit burst into laughter, unable to suppress the wild joy radiating from him.
It seemed the person outside had taken him for some sort of fortuitous opportunity, which was why he had attacked the Space Seal, hoping to claim the opportunity for himself.
Unfortunately, there was no fortuitous opportunity here. There was only the spirit of a Great Emperor who had been sealed for a thousand years.
The Flame Emperor clearly had no intention of becoming someone else's opportunity.
The instant the sealing chains around him broke, he transformed into a streak of light and shot toward the outside at tremendous speed.
Now that the Flame Emperor had escaped the seal, his most urgent task was to find a living being and possess its body.
He was now left with only a wisp of spirit. If he wanted to remain in the world for long and gradually recover the strength he had possessed in life,
the prerequisite was obtaining a physical body and cultivating true essence once more.
Speaking of physical bodies, the Flame Emperor was exceedingly covetous of the body belonging to the person outside.
Unfortunately, this wisp of his spirit was far too weak, only at the Profound Martial Realm.
Meanwhile, that person's Soul Power was nearly comparable to the higher stages of the Heavenly Martial Realm.
The Flame Emperor simply could not possess him.
Once he entered that person's Sea of Consciousness, the one destroyed would only be himself.
Thus, the Flame Emperor settled for the next best thing and planned to first choose a decent Profound Martial Realm human or demonic beast
