Chen Mo appeared, and almost at the same moment, the radar systems of the Shenyuan Star System erupted with shrill alarms.
The White Star Civilization's defenses around the Shenyuan Star System were exceptionally tight. The moment their layers of Quantum Radars detected spatial fluctuations and a spacecraft, everyone went on high alert.
All radar systems focused on the location where Chen Mo had appeared.
Bai Lu remained composed, his eyes fixed firmly on the screen, yet he looked utterly unruffled.
Sure enough, the big fish they had been waiting for seemed to have appeared—not at the main venue of the God Source Conference, but in this unknown stretch of space.
Any star system with sufficient preparations would not allow an enemy to slip in silently so easily, much less one guarded by the White Star Civilization's military.
After confirming that it was an Army Ant spacecraft, Bai Lu withdrew his gaze and activated his communicator. "Madam, an Army Ant spacecraft has appeared."
Hu Bingxin, who was presiding over the newly opened God Source Conference, let her eyes flicker slightly. "Can you determine who came?"
"No," Bai Lu said.
"Proceed according to the plan," Hu Bingxin said calmly.
A faint smile appeared on Bai Lu's face. "All right."
Without further exchange, Bai Lu turned his attention back to the screen. That lone warship floated through space, the Ant Army Group emblem especially conspicuous, as though it were a provocation.
Suddenly, an invisible ripple spread across the Shenyuan Star System, reaching every corner of it.
Bai Lu frowned slightly. An ominous premonition suddenly rose within him, though he could not tell what was wrong. They knew that the Ant Army Group had either come to sabotage the God Source Conference or come for Madam.
Neither possibility was something they wanted to see.
