"What is this? An elf?"

Seeing the mysterious girl lying in the Hibernation Pod reveal long, pointed ears unlike those of a human, my sister could not help muttering.

Then there came a clattering sound from nearby, and Lilina clawed her way out of the garbage pile where she had buried herself, squeezing between us. "What? Elves? Where are the elves?"

As I picked crystal fragments out of her hair, I pointed at the person inside the Hibernation Pod. "Look at her ears. Isn't she an elf?"

Lilina observed her for a while, then suddenly transformed, switching from her human form to Half-God Form and becoming that green-haired, pointy-eared Sprite. She grabbed my arm and shook it back and forth. "Boss, boss, I'm an elf too! Does this count as meeting one of my own kind?"

This deranged little monster Loli was driving me insane. I tossed her out of the circle. "If you can't help, go dig a hole and bury yourself. Human one moment, elf the next, then Loli, then adult—do you think there aren't enough words on your ID card?"

Only after Lilina quieted down did we continue working. I could not help sighing. Elves—a race steeped in fantasy—had appeared on an artificially modified wandering planet, and one was even lying in a high-tech Hibernation Pod. What a ridiculous combination. Weren't elves supposed to be a race with magical civilization, where everyone was handsome or beautiful, most handsome men existed purely as background decoration, and most beautiful women wore Hawaiian-style clothes while frolicking through forests? They only did two things every day: get captured by evil humans and turned into slaves, or get picked up by passing transmigrators and taken home as little sisters.

Why was there an Elf Race before us that had mastered the technology
