Without any small talk or pleasantries, The Dark Lord smoothly took out five sets of potions, each consisting of ten small bottles.

He gently arranged the five sets of potions on the counter one after another.

Under the shop's dim lighting, the potion bottles shimmered with an unusual blue glow and fizzed with abundant bubbles.

The moment the wealthy guests in their seats saw the potions, their eyes lit up involuntarily, and they cried out in surprise.

"Vitality Potions!"

Their voices were full of surprise and excitement, and their eyes revealed an unconcealed desire.

The Dark Lord slowly raised his head with a smile and looked toward the wealthy guests.

"It seems my guests are quite satisfied with my wares. Same rules as always: the first set of Vitality Potions starts at five pounds."

The Dark Lord's voice sounded somewhat cold, devoid of any emotion.

He paused, then gave a wicked smile. "Now then, bidding begins!"

The moment his words fell, Stark raised his hand without hesitation.

"Six pounds!"

Stark was determined to get this set of potions.

Like a starting pistol, his bid was immediately followed by an elderly tycoon speaking up.

"Eight pounds!"

His tone was forceful, showing Stark no respect at all. His face was filled with determination to win.

"Shameless old bastard. At your age, you're still fighting over Vitality Potions."

Stark cursed under his breath, irritation flashing through his eyes before he raised the bid.

Pepper asked curiously, "Vitality Potions? What are those?"

She looked utterly confused, clearly curious about the potions that had suddenly driven everyone into such a frenzy.

"A miraculous potion. Drink one bottle, and you'll be full of energy for a week."

Stark gave a simple explanation.

Then he added, "Drink one, and you'll be back in your high school days, with no side effects whatsoever."

Pepper's incredulous expression made it seem as though she thought it was some kind of scam.

Stark shrugged. "I wasn't scammed. I tried it myself. Besides, do you really think so many shrewd people would all be fooled at once?"

Pepper swept her gaze over the prominent figures present, people who commanded the business and political worlds. At that moment, they were all staring at the potions with feverish eyes, as if they were the most precious treasures in the world.

In the end, the elderly tycoon won the set of potions for fifteen pounds.

"Why didn't you keep bidding?" Pepper asked, her face full of confusion. "That's not like you."

Her eyes remained fixed on Stark as she tried to find the answer in his expression.

"This is only one of the sets," Stark explained unhurriedly. "Each person can only buy one bottle from each set."

His tone was relaxed, as if everything was under his control.

Pepper suddenly understood, a look of realization flashing through her eyes.

Sure enough, The Dark Lord brought out another identical set of potions.

The crowd immediately descended into another fierce bidding war.

Another round of intense competition followed.

After five rounds, The Dark Lord took out a new potion.

"Beauty Potion. This potion can make a person more beautiful."

The Dark Lord gave a casual explanation.

His voice remained calm, as though he did not care in the slightest about the crowd's frenzied reactions.

A plump female tycoon dressed in flamboyant clothes impatiently stood up and shouted, "Twenty pounds!"

She claimed the first set with an overwhelming advantage.

After several consecutive rounds of bidding, everyone was sweating. Their foreheads were covered in beads of perspiration, and some even licked their lips from time to time to ease the tension and excitement in their hearts.

"It seems everyone is tired. Let's take an intermission."

As The Dark Lord spoke, a wooden stick suddenly appeared in his hand, and he gave it a light wave.

Wine glasses filled with red wine instantly appeared. They floated neatly through the air, slowly moving before landing precisely on the side tables beside everyone's right hands.

"No matter how many times I see it, it's still so amazing!" someone could not help but exclaim.

Tony Stark took a wine glass and handed it to the stunned Pepper with a smile.

"What is this? Some kind of magic trick?"

Pepper's eyes widened as she stared at the scene before her in disbelief.

"It's magic." Tony Stark took a small sip of the red wine and spoke leisurely.

"Excellent wine. It's not a variety available on the market. It would be a shame not to taste it."

Tony Stark narrowed his eyes slightly, an intoxicated smile on his lips.

After taking a small sip, Pepper also appeared somewhat entranced.

As Tony Stark's assistant, she often accompanied him to high-end wine parties and possessed a uniquely sharp palate for wine tasting.

This wine had an incomparably wonderful flavor and a lingering finish.

Somewhat excited, she said, "It really does have a distinctive flavor. Its rich aroma is like the fragrance of lush flowers, lingering in the nose for a long time. The aftertaste is even more enduring, like a beautiful melody slowly playing across the tongue."

"See? I told you so." Tony Stark raised an eyebrow, looking rather pleased with himself.

"Which winery is this from?"

Pepper asked curiously, her gaze still fixed on the vivid ruby-red liquid in the glass.

Tony Stark shrugged helplessly. "I couldn't find out. It's probably the owner's private collection."

Pepper continued to savor it carefully, seeming to forget everything around her as she immersed herself in the wonderful sensation on her tongue.

After resting for a while, The Dark Lord signaled for the auction to continue.

As time passed, the atmosphere grew increasingly tense because there were not many potions left.

The bidders became even more enthusiastic, and calls of higher bids rose one after another.

If not for the purchase restrictions, Tony Stark would have wanted to take every set of potions for himself.

Under everyone's reluctant gazes, The Dark Lord announced the end of the auction.

The guests gradually dispersed, and the hall slowly became empty as the doors closed.

The Dark Lord removed his mask, revealing a young, handsome face with sharply defined features.

His sculpted features were exquisite, and his expression radiated confidence and wisdom.

With a light wave of his arm, all the briefcases lined up before him opened automatically. They were filled to the brim with glittering gold bars.

He nodded in satisfaction, the corners of his lips curling upward.

"I won't be short on funds for a while," he muttered to himself.

"Jandi," he called softly.

"Pop!" A faint burst sounded.

A small creature with a peculiar appearance appeared.

Its wrinkled, diminutive body and elf-like appearance made for a very strange combination.

It had a pair of bat-like ears, bulging green eyes the size of tennis balls, and a long, flat nose.

The moment Jandi appeared, it bowed deeply and said obediently, "At your command, my master."

"Put these gold bars away," The Dark Lord ordered.

"Your command shall be obeyed, Master."

Jandi snapped its fingers, and the briefcases instantly floated into the air. Then Jandi bowed again and took its leave, the briefcases obediently floating behind it.

Wes Erwin sat quietly in his chair and poured himself a glass of water.

"It really hasn't been easy getting this far," Wes Erwin murmured.

Wes Erwin was a transmigrator. Back on Blue Star, he had merely been an ordinary office worker, living a mundane yet busy life.

But after waking from a night's sleep, he had unexpectedly become a ten-year-old orphan.

At first, he had been utterly panicked and at a loss. Turning from an adult into a child was difficult for him to accept.

He did not know what kind of world he was in, and the people here were different from those in his original world.

Once, the orphanage organized an outing, and the director took the orphans to visit Captain America's memorial museum.

Only then did the younger Wes Erwin suddenly realize that he was in the Marvel World.

This dangerous world, filled with unknowns, was far too unfriendly to ordinary people.

Setting aside the Purple Yam Demon who could wipe out half the life in the universe with a snap of his fingers, the pervasive violent crime in this world alone was enough to make anyone tremble in fear.

Even if he encountered nothing more than a petty robber, Wes Erwin felt he would have no ability to fight back.

After all, he was now in America, a young foreigner with no one to rely on.

"Shootouts every day, free America."

That was definitely not just a joke.

Wes Erwin had once felt despair, even considering giving up entirely. He had also thought about suicide, hoping to see whether he might transmigrate again, but in the end, he did not have the courage to go through with it.

The turning point came on his eleventh birthday.

At the orphanage, there was no point expecting a proper birthday celebration.

Wes Erwin had been sleeping soundly that day when he was suddenly awakened by the roar of a train.

Wes Erwin had wanted to lose his temper, but when he opened his eyes, he was shocked to find himself sitting inside a steam train.

The train was packed with children, chattering away noisily.

While he was still completely bewildered, a transparent screen appeared before his eyes.

Host: Wes Erwin World: Marvel; Harry Potter Occupation: ?? Level: 0

An interface so crude it could not possibly be any cruder appeared before him.

Wes Erwin froze for a moment, then was overwhelmed with joy.

"A system? A status panel? A cheat?"

He excitedly tested it again and again.

However, no matter what he did, the panel did not react at all.

But when the train came to a stop and he followed everyone off, he immediately saw the majestic castle in the distance and heard the cheers of the people nearby.

Wes Erwin instantly knew where he had arrived.

Hogwarts, a Magic School filled with mystery and wonder.
