Lian Qingyi and Yue Muhong had developed a measure of friendship after what happened last time.

The martial artists on the city walls were sent flying by the shockwave. Some of the weaker ones coughed up blood. Though the grand formation protected them, the vibrations were still terrifying.

The earth around the defensive formation tore apart, cracks spreading everywhere as magma gushed out.

Above the formation, the giant sword burst into flames that filled the sky. Endless fire rushed forth like a rain of flames, while crack after crack appeared across the formation, like ice splitting apart, accompanied by piercing cracking sounds.
