Roa curled his lips.
"Did you come to rescue that guy named Kaido?"
The boy, who looked a year or two older than Roa, studied him curiously. "I heard you call his name. I've seen him before. The Government's scientists are extracting various tissues from his body."
"Yeah, he's my big brother. He really is a pain, isn't he?"
Roa sighed. "He got captured by the Marines, and now his younger brother has to come rescue him. How unreliable. If I become his subordinate, I definitely won't have a good ending. They might even chop off my wings, then have some tentacle pervert suck me dry."
Abel stared at Roa in confusion.
What was he talking about?
"Roa! Is that you? Hurry up and save me!"
Big Brother Kaido's delighted yet anxious shout came from beneath the ruins some distance away.

Roa shrugged. "A useless adult."
"Are you not going to save him?"
Abel asked.
"I'll save you first."
Roa casually drew the saber from his waist.
The scarlet blade left several red trails in the air.
With several crisp clangs, all the sturdy shackles binding Abel broke apart.
The boy was free.
Abel rubbed his wrists, unused to the sensation, then climbed slowly down from the operating table.
"But why?"
Abel asked, puzzled. "This is the first time we've met."
"Because you're strong."
Roa said, "I know how powerful the Lunarian race is, even if I'm the one saying it. Join my company, Abel. From now on, I'll protect you. All you have to do is follow behind me and join me in turning this world upside down."
Everyone knew that whenever someone said, "Let's turn this world upside down together," their powers of persuasion automatically rose by ten percent.
Don't blame me, Big Brother Kaido.
It's not that your little brother has stopped being a decent person. Your right-hand man is simply too alluring.
Who could say no to a Lunarian who possessed an ability on the level of a Mythical Zoan?
"Hey! Roa! What are you still doing? I'm over here!"
Big Brother Kaido's weak yet high-pitched voice rang out again.

Abel fell for it instantly, his eyes growing dazed. "You want to change this world?"

Roa grinned. "Who else but me?"
"I understand."
Abel nodded. His gaze toward Roa gradually turned serious. "Then let me see how you change this world."
"Welcome aboard, Abel!"
Roa extended his right hand. "Starting today, you're the head of security at Calamity Company."
"The head?"
Abel shook Roa's hand. "Understood, Boss."
"Call me Boss!"
"All right, Boss!"
"Roa! You stinking brat, what are you still dawdling for?"
Roa turned his head, somewhat impatient.
Big Brother Kaido really had no sense of atmosphere.
Roa abruptly stomped his right foot.
Then come on out!
Boom!
The ground suddenly shook. The ruins in the distance exploded, sending a little lava spraying into the air.
What had been blasted skyward by the volcanic ash was a heavy metal operating table, with Kaido still strapped to it.
The operating table slammed heavily into the ground with Kaido on it, face-first.
"Stinking brat!"
The angry voice came muffled from beneath the operating table.
"Big Brother Kaido, you look a little pathetic."
Roa walked over and casually kicked the table, flipping it—and Kaido—over.
Then he could barely keep a straight face. "Big Brother Kaido, this is... a little indecent, isn't it?"
Big Brother Kaido had not even put on his pants yet. His two hairy, long legs were exposed, which explained why he had kept urging Roa to hurry.
Thinking of something, Roa's tone immediately became mournful. "It's all right. You didn't do anything wrong. It's all the fault of those damn beasts!"
Abel, who had silently followed behind Roa, looked at Kaido strangely as well.

Strike after strike, Big Brother Kaido vented his fury without restraint.
Roa and Abel each flapped their wings as they hovered in midair, quietly looking down at Kaido's outburst.

Kaido leaped out of the crater. His eyes swept over Roa before immediately locking onto Abel behind him.
"Oh, let me introduce you."
Roa was very enthusiastic. "This is Abel, a member of the Lunarian race. I saved him, and he's now the head of security at my company."
Kaido's expression immediately became complicated.
That bastard brat!
He had taken a liking to this Lunarian too!
But Roa, that rotten brat, had beaten him to it!
Yet what could he say now?
Could he ask Roa to give the Lunarian back?
Kaido could not bring himself to do such a thing.
He merely hefted his spiked club and snorted.
Roa grinned broadly.
This is the difference between the cuckolded husband and the other man.
The other man acts decisively, without the slightest hesitation.
The cuckolded husband is indecisive, yet insists on pretending to be reserved.
If you don't get cucked, who will?
"He's here."
Abel raised his head. The flame behind it blazed brightly.
A bolt of lightning shot down from the sky.
"That's absurdly fast. Amazing!"
Even though he was their enemy, Roa could not help praising him. "At that speed, running away won't be easy!"
"Enough nonsense!"
Scales sprouted across Kaido's body as he directly entered his dragon-man form.
"Get ready to take a beating, brats!"
Garp's right fist was charged and ready. Thick bolts of Haki lightning shot toward the sky.
That level of Haki is ridiculous!
Roa clicked his tongue. Even Big Brother Kaido is still hundreds of kilometers behind him!
"Fist Bone—"
The hero swung his fist with all his strength. "Impact!!"
A nuclear bomb descended once more. The invisible Haki shock wave violently rubbed against the air, blooming in the sky with a dazzling radiance like the sun.
"Big Brother Kaido, use that move! Our blood-pumping combination attack!"
Roa gripped his sword with both hands and poured Haki into his beloved blade. Scarlet currents immediately surged across Tiger Soul's surface. The Blood Qi was so overwhelming that it nearly transformed into red light, turning the entire blade into a turbojet spraying scarlet radiance.
He raised the turbojet diagonally. "Although I can't use Conqueror's Haki coating, I should be able to force out that move with this blade."
"Oh?"
Kaido's lips curled at that. He raised the iron club with both hands as well. "Then don't drag me down, brat!"
Roa grinned wildly. "Ha! Let's show him our bond!"
