Rocks gazed at the scene on the distant sea and burst into laughter. "That's quite something, isn't it, Newgate? Even a meteor showed up!"
Whitebeard merely drank in silence beside him.
"Your earthquake is within Roa's range of abilities too, right?"
Rocks said, "That kid probably can't create an Air Shock, but earthquakes are easy for him."
"Even for a Mythical Zoan, isn't that a little too much?"
Whitebeard slowly spoke. "The craziest brat just happened to obtain the craziest ability."
Roa, who craved calamity, had coincidentally gained the ability to create disasters with every gesture.
"Exactly! A crazy ability!"
Rocks said with great interest, "I wonder which is stronger—Roa's ability, or the ability possessed by the legendary Sun God Nika?"
"Interesting, isn't it? The legendary Nika is the liberator, a god who brings hope to the world. But our little Roa is a devil child who feeds on human suffering and brings calamity to the world!"
Whitebeard remained silent.
"Ha ha ha ha! But this brat was born too late!"
Rocks laughed loudly. "This world no longer has a stage where he can show what he's capable of! I'll be the one to bring it all to an end!"
On the warship, Roa naturally had no idea what his captain was saying.
He merely looked at the falling meteor with some disappointment.

Jensen stepped on the air and pursued him, blackness already spreading across his eyes.
"That's some intense killing intent. Don't say such frightening things to a seven-year-old! Also, getting so worked up while fighting me isn't good for you."
A gale suddenly erupted in the sky. Spiral currents abruptly churned the air and swallowed Jensen within.
"Ugh!!"
Jensen's expression changed drastically as the turbulent currents instantly caused his Geppo to go out of control.
Moreover, at some point, thunder began crashing down from the dark clouds that had spread across the sky.
The Marine vice admiral, unable to find leverage in midair, was struck repeatedly in an instant before being blasted into the sea once again.

The vice admiral swung his blade like a madman, releasing one chaotic Flying Slash after another.
Unfortunately, Roa was flying a hundred meters above the ground, and attacks from that distance were easy to evade.
Roa sighed. "What a pity. You're so skilled, but your emotional control is terrible. It's already over."
Blackness had filled most of the vice admiral's eyes.
His anger and killing intent had completely shaken his will. Then Roa made those two emotions swell even further.

"Not bad, Roa!"
The captain glanced at the Marine monsters and nodded in satisfaction. "Your ability will shine brilliantly in the great war to come!"
The kid was still far from capable in a head-on fight, but his ability to create puppets was truly interesting.

Roa only chuckled quietly.
The next day, the pirate ship finally reached the waters near Elbaf.

Roa stood at the bow and gazed at distant Elbaf. "So this is the land of war—the world's strongest country?"
Ahead on the sea stood a colossal tree that blotted out the sky. Its canopy was divided into two layers, with numerous waterfalls flowing down from both.
This was the world's largest Adam Tree, and the place where Elbaf was located!
The two layers of canopy, together with the ground, formed Elbaf's three regions. From bottom to top, they were known as the Underworld, the Sun World, and the Sky World.
Roa also saw an enormous sword, exaggeratedly large, slanting through the middle canopy and stabbing into the ground. He had no idea who had used it.
At the same time, on Elbaf's coast stood a port.
The giants at the port noticed the approaching ship.
"That's... the ship of the Rocks Pirates!"
"The Rocks Pirates are attacking! Prepare to meet them!"
"Hurry and inform King Harald!!"
Thus, when the ship reached the port, what Roa saw was several giants standing ready for battle.
"Captain, the locals don't seem very friendly, do they?"
