Chapter 715 The flood of enlightenment and the judgment of all living beings
<Essentials of Great Thunderclap Temple Buddhism> is for children's enlightenment. For students in the classroom, these three principles are still somewhat difficult.

Zheng Fa once felt that Dao of Karma of Thunderclap Buddha Ancestor was too difficult and had too many variables to achieve. Thunderclap Buddha Ancestor also discovered this problem. Therefore, his choice was simple, reduce variables.
To put it simply, they believe that the current Thunderclap Temple system is the best and there is no need to change it, let alone question what Buddha Ancestor said.
But Maitreya and Great Thunderclap Temple are different, especially in their different views on impermanence.
In the classroom, the teacher continued to talk.
"Then how can we know when what Buddha Ancestor said is right and when what Buddha Ancestor said is wrong? This goes back to our second principle."
Medicine Master Bodhisattva's face is a little numb.
"The first way to judge is, does the talisman Buddha Ancestor say conform to the common sense and knowledge you have learned? Second, does the talisman Buddha Ancestor say conform to the interests of other people?" The teacher said slowly, "If it conforms, it is right. If it does not conform, it is wrong."
"So we have returned to the first principle. We don't know where he was born, but only what he did. We will do the same with Buddha Ancestor."
Cheng Yun nodded secretly in his heart after hearing this.
Among the three major principles, the most fundamental one is actually the second principle, which is not so slogan-like, and is how to determine good and evil.
Through the second principle, the three major principles can be truly combined.
Even since the establishment of Great Compassion Institute and Bodhi Institute, the foundation of Maitreya Buddhism has been shaped into a dual destiny of compassion and wisdom, educating all living beings with wisdom and compassion.
Medicine Master Bodhisattva is also afraid of this:
Based on this line of thinking, Buddha Ancestor is not special, let alone permanent.
This is especially true for Buddhism.
This is the sharp blade piercing Thunderclap Buddhist Law.
The problem is, this knife is too sharp, it can kill people, and it can even kill yourself.

"No, this is our Dao of Karma." Cheng Yun shook his head and said, "You only seek good results, and we only pursue good results. As for the results, that is the choice of all living beings, and we all accept it."

"Emotionally speaking, of course we don't want to do this." Cheng Yun thought about it and smiled, "But he probably doesn't mind."

This point may not be understood by any Xuanwei monks, but for modern monks like them, it is the most simple truth.
