"I understand now. We were deceived. Zhao Wuji never intended to eliminate Ksitigarbha; he wanted to win him over. This was very likely a deal between Zhao Wuji and Houtu."
Jieyin said with a livid expression.
"Senior Brother, what do you mean?" Zhunti asked in confusion, unable to make sense of it.
"As long as they win over Ksitigarbha, Houtu can reclaim the Netherworld's authority, greatly increasing her strength. Junior Brother, you know this as well.
