It's over!
This book was updated from January 15th to August 31st. I have written nearly 5 million words in seven and a half months, averaging 20,000 words per day.
It is no exaggeration to say that even a nuclear-powered beast like me cannot withstand it.
Of course, this cannot be blamed on other people. It was purely because of self-destruction and insistence on the original result that the mother did not recognize it. Under the intense and terrifying mental anxiety, he chose the even more terrifying double-opening method, and then he created such a spectacular "coding miracle".
Throughout my career, this book is not the one with the most words, nor the shortest update period, but it is definitely a record that even I cannot surpass.
Alas, talking too much brings tears to my eyes.
To make a small summary, I will never write original works again. At least until I finish writing the Warcraft series, I will not touch the field that caused me a lot of headaches.
The fact is that people must find the area in which they are good at. Don't always think about exploring a wider world before you have figured out your comfort zone.
People must be aware of the limits of their abilities.
Well, it's great that I can still have this kind of understanding of life in my thirties. I hope I really have a better memory this time and won't fall into the same pit for the third time. But I am cautiously pessimistic about this future.
So, what should I say at the end of this book?
First of all, I must express my gratitude to the readers. No, it is the readers who supported me as a veteran. When my career was so dark that it was about to collapse, it was you who gave me a hand and gave me the confidence to continue writing.
This kind of help made me realize that I am not a waste, and then glue the broken Dao Heart with instant noodles to continue writing. It is not the same as the "sense of redemption" when Lost Ones, who was walking in the dark, suddenly saw a beam of light.
(Now you know where the inspiration for my character Diakum came from, right?)
Secondly, I would like to thank my friend Old Huo (Huo Zhengtinghao).
As I said before, the initial inspiration and outline of this book was completed with his help. At that time, people were so confused by the original idea that they had no idea at all.
It was with his help that I figured out the settings for the first few volumes, and with his encouragement, I made up my mind to return to the comfort zone of Warcraft fandom.
And the real financial support from him and other alliance leaders even made me feel "fearful". Do I, an old street fighter, really deserve such praise and support? Maybe the fact is that "there are no heroes, but it is Zhuzi who became famous"?
I feel that it is not how good I am in writing in this field, it is just that I shared the Warcraft story in my mind by chance, and gained a group of fans who are willing to dream up this story with me.
I have no other way to repay you for your appreciation. All I can do is force myself to provide "large quantity and sufficient management" updates to make everyone happy.
To be honest, I'm still ashamed.
Because <Dawn Tracks> could have been better, but due to the dual-player version, the writing state could not be unified, and the plot took a turn for the worse at a certain stage.
This is obviously a matter of my ability and there is no excuse for it.
Therefore, the next book will definitely be polished to present a more fun, interesting and relaxing story for everyone.
As I said, the Warcraft series currently has Holy Light, void and death, so life, Fel and Arcane will definitely be completed in subsequent updates.
I also have preliminary inspiration on how to write these three forces.
Readers, please rest assured that I will never let you taste an old story in the same context as before. The freshness must be guaranteed.
Of course, there are also readers who question in the group. After all, I have written so many Warcraft books. Can I still write new ideas in those stories?
The answer is. Yes!
In fact, I still have a lot to write, such as <Dawn Tracks>, which focuses on the racial story of Eredar. Interpreting it from different perspectives will lead to different story lines and collaboration inspirations, because in the eyes of different races, the world changes of Azeroth obviously have different meanings.
Why start with Night Elf when writing Life Force?
Why write Fel Force only focusing on Demon Hunter?
Why do we have to follow the old path of Aegwynn and Medivh when writing Arcane Force?
I would like to thank the game that has been with me for twenty years. It has given me so many materials that allow me, a cook who is not very skilled, to prepare different delicacies for diners with the materials on hand.
Finally, I would like to thank Bilibili's UP owner "Jiaonan Jiaodian" again.
A chance encounter allowed me to get the super inspiration "An'she, the Sun God" from him about Holy Light Force, which gave birth to the hidden main line in the second half of this book.
To be honest, without this inspiration, the look and feel of this book would continue to collapse after the early rhythm collapsed.
Although I don't quite understand why the planners of Blizzard don't use this ready-made "Holy Light main line" instead of re-creating the context of the battle between light and darkness, I believe that if "An'she" can be introduced into the official history, it will definitely bring about a good reversal in the current sluggish game plot.
Of course, being Backstab is the fate of a fan author, so I am already prepared to continue being Backstab ed in the Life Force story in the next book.
But then again, my predecessor once said that any fandom is OOC art.
Therefore, Backstab is Backstab.
As long as the story itself can make you laugh, hey, my brain cells have long been exhausted and I can only do Aba Aba, so it's not in vain.
So, the story of Holy Light has come to an end again. Let me rest for a while and then start again. Foster fathers, let us meet again at the beginning of the story of life.
Well, we can see you again in December at the latest, embarrassing.
Love you!--
