Elsewhere, Captain America and Iron Man struck at the same time and quickly subdued Loki. However, Captain America and the others failed to notice the triumphant smile at the corner of Loki's lips after his capture.

The Avengers had only just been formed, and every member had their own flaws. Especially these superheroes—each possessed abilities beyond ordinary people and was immensely proud. Not a single one of them questioned why Loki had been captured so easily.

After Black Widow and the others captured Loki, they escorted him straight onto a fighter jet and flew toward S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Sky Carrier.

Not long after the fighter jet took to the skies, a blinding bolt of lightning flashed overhead.

"What, are you afraid of thunder?" Tony teased when he noticed that something was off about Loki's expression.

"No. I just don't like the guy making that thunder," Loki said, shaking his head.

Loki did not look like someone who had been captured. He was neither nervous nor dejected, but remarkably calm. Yet no one noticed it.

The sound of something heavy landing suddenly rang out, followed by a violent shudder of the fighter jet. Steve and Tony exchanged a glance and nodded in unspoken understanding.

Tony cautiously opened the fighter jet's hatch, only to be met head-on by a hammer. He was sent flying and slammed into the cabin wall.

The armored Thunder God knocked Tony away with one swing of his hammer, grabbed Loki, and leaped from the plane with him.

After being inexplicably sent flying by the Thunder God's hammer, Tony Stark was naturally furious. Ignoring Steve's attempts to stop him, he controlled the Iron Man Armor and pursued the Thunder God.
