Elves were not actually an uncommon race in the Void.
Though they had many classifications—Tree Elves, Light Elves, Dark Elves, Moon Elves, and so on—they all belonged to the same race.
Back in the era of the World Guardian, although the Elf Race was not counted among the powerful worlds like the Divine Realm or the Immortal Realm, the World Tree, a world treasure unique to their race, still placed the Elves among the upper ranks in terms of overall strength.
But unfortunately, after the Ancestral Land fell, the Elf Race scattered across countless worlds and became a disorganized rabble. Combined with their naturally beautiful appearances and magic-affine Constitutions, life was extremely difficult for the Elves after they lost both their homeland and the World Tree.
...Some Elf tribes had even lost their own history.
The Elf tribe Hamuta belonged to had once been in precisely such a predicament. Compared to the other branch tribes, however, they had it even worse.
Under the invasion of the Evil God Legion, the world they had once inhabited was destroyed once more. Had the Sages of several races not joined forces, they would not even have been able to escape that world.
But even after escaping, life remained difficult for them as Wandering Players. They had stayed in the Transfer Hub for less than a month when enormous conflicts erupted among the heirs of the various races, who should have been united.
In the end, to avoid being dragged into pointless disputes, the youngest Princess of the Elf Race stepped forward and decisively led their entire Elven branch away.
During those hardest days, they had survived by gnawing on tree bark. It was not until their Little Princess broke through to Epic and, recently, advanced to Legendary that their bitter days truly came
