Lily trapped Bronya in the Theater of Domination and mocked her before defeating her with a Subspace Bullet. Xina removed and refined Bronya’s Herrscher Core, then ordered her imprisoned while Lily and two other Thousand-Person Herrschers received motorcycles.

• Lily taunted Seele as she fled through the Theater of Domination, then intercepted Bronya and brought her onto a mobile stage.

Kevin and Su discussed the rapidly growing Herrscher and the failure of the Stigmata Project, then agreed to pursue a dangerous plan to summon a more powerful being. Su presented the plan to Otto, Walter, Durandal, Kevin, and Griseo, but Otto questioned whether the being could be controlled.

Faced with the Doctor Herrscher holding seven Herrscher powers, Otto and Walter yielded the plan to World Serpent, and Otto proposed asking a woman in the Sea of Quanta to send Durandal’s seed to the Sea Level.

• Su revealed that the woman had hunted him across the Sea Level and could enter new parallel worlds only if her counterpart did not exist there.
• Walter learned that the Doctor Herrscher had the powers of the Herrscher of Sentience and the Thousand-Person Herrscher, and warned that she may have broken the restrictions on the Herrscher of Reason core.
• Griseo explained that the Herrscher of Domination could borrow other Herrschers’ powers, and Otto and Walter ultimately let World Serpent proceed with its plan.

• Xina identified Durandal as crucial to the Summoning God Plan and threatened to kill her, while Durandal insisted that she was not afraid.
• Otto smashed the first spider projection and urged the group to begin their plan before Xina found them.
• A second spider revealed that Xina had located the World Bubble, and a huge golden Teleportation Gate appeared overhead as tens of thousands of Honkai Beasts descended.

• Kiana erupted with Honkai energy and became the New Herrscher of Stone, while Thousand-Person Herrscher 278 escaped and abandoned the Undying Blade.
