In the void of the Old World, shattered rocks whirled through the air.
Two figures drifted outside the starship.
"The collection point is not far ahead."
Spring Plow Saint stood with his hands behind his back, his domain spread open as he gazed into the pitch-black depths of the void.
"Lord Spring Plow has been quite unusual today."
Red Dragon gave a soft hum. He glanced at the starship behind him and casually teased, "Not only did you agree to my suggestion, you were even willing to leave the starship with me to carry out a mission."
There was more than a little mockery in those words.
For the past four years, the two had been at each other's throats, refusing to yield an inch.
Yet today, Spring Plow had suddenly taken a huge step back. In the past, given Spring Plow Saint's status, he would never have personally undertaken such a low-level mission as "collecting resources."
But now, Spring Plow's mind was entirely focused on the coming purge.
"Is that so?"
He replied perfunctorily, "It is only right to serve the Church."
Red Dragon chuckled.
The two had actually already guessed each other's intentions. One had suggested leaving the starship, while the other had chosen to follow voluntarily.
As for what would happen next...
Both sides knew perfectly well.
Red Dragon followed Spring Plow Saint into the Turbulence Zone. The void, which had been relatively "stable," suddenly gave rise to gusts of Gale Wind.
The Gale Wind was exceptionally cold.
But for the two who had mastered the authority of tides, such icy winds were nothing.
"Lord Spring Plow, is this the place you brought me to?"
Red Dragon pressed a hand against his sword sheath and stepped into the Turbulence Zone, his expression still calm.
