Afu took Gu Shen and Xiao Man on a tour of the First Vessel.
The First Vessel was enormous.
This was a survival ship the God of Craftsmen had built for escape in those days. Most of the space aboard was meant for Transcendents to live in. That vast "false Snowy Wasteland" could shift through the four seasons according to the First Vessel's needs, and could even switch between different ecosystems.
Beyond the simulated environment outside the Snowy Wasteland, there were also spacious resource storage rooms and several Gravity Cultivation Rooms.
"All right, this is the Gravity Cultivation Room."
Afu introduced it. "It can provide up to fifty times gravity pressure here..."
Gu Shen remembered it well.
Gu Xiao Man blinked. "Since it has fifty times gravity, why did you only use thirty times when we triggered the alarm?"
"On one hand, I was afraid of hurting you."
Afu said helplessly, "On the other hand, Gu Shen was too cunning... He refused to break through thirty times gravity at first. By the time I realized what was happening, he had already reached the control room. I could only give up on using pressure to stop him."
Gu Shen smiled.
During that earlier trial, he had deliberately held back Truth instead of using it directly, precisely to guard against something like this.
"It won't be easy to complete Drawing the Sword within the Lord of Love's dream."
Gu Shen said seriously to Afu, "I want to bring Xiao Man aboard the First Vessel to cultivate for a while... Before Deep Submergence ends, we want to rest here."
"No problem."
Afu agreed readily. "There are many Nutrient Cabins here, as well as plenty of vacant living quarters. You can move into whichever ones you like."
The First Vessel was shifting its position.
