Beneath the Neon Blue Electronic Dome, one hundred thousand seats roiled with a boiling crowd, and the crashing waves of sound were almost enough to suffocate everyone entering through the gates.

The throbbing subwoofers, the roars of Solid Vision monsters rising and falling, and the spectators' cheers and applause collided within the circular arena, forming a scorching vortex.

At the center of the stage stood the Pompadour Commentator, dressed in a red tuxedo. The dedicated announcer who had commentated throughout all of 5DS and would continue doing so even until World End gripped his microphone and spoke with impassioned fervor.

"The long-awaited Fortune Cup has finally begun!

First, let us cheer for the descent of the King's dragon!"

As though dragon claws had torn through the void, dark crimson scales radiated the heat of cooling basalt, golden-red magma flowing through the cracks. When its dark red tail swept through the air above the arena, the lifelike Solid Vision effects even melted glowing red dents into the steel supports.

Red Dragon Archfiend!

"Red Dragon Archfiend!" the Pompadour Commentator shouted passionately. "And naturally, the D-Wheel rider arriving with it is our King—

—Jack Atlas!"

A white D-Wheel came racing out. Its entire design resembled an enormous white ring, like one giant rolling tire, with the rider seated inside it.

The one making his entrance was none other than our King of Crashing. Ah, no, New Domino City's king, Jack Atlas!

Jack's D-Wheel charged out in spectacular fashion, his signature Red Dragon Archfiend circling overhead. The cheers and shouts of the entire arena reached their peak at that very moment.

"There is only one King!"

Jack arrogantly pointed his right hand toward the sky.

"And that is me!"

The Pompadour Commentator said, "Then, Duelists fortunate enough to have received Fortune Tickets
