The phantom of a Fabled Raven, like a black cat, flashed past. After a series of exchanges involving destruction and protection, Placido finally managed to blow up his own Wisdom Core through the layers of protection on the other side.
The white core exploded from its center with a thunderous boom. Burning metal fragments scattered in every direction, showering sparks across the highway, where they bounced off the pavement and walls.
"When Wisdom Core is destroyed, its effect activates!" Placido shouted. "Destroy all other monsters on my Field!
Then, Special Summon the Wisel Five Parts from my hand, Deck, and Graveyard!
Appear!"
Placido drew the five cards that had sprung from his Deck in one sweep.
"'Meklord Emperor Wisel ∞'!
'Wisel Top'!
'Wisel Attack'!
'Wisel Guard'!
'Wisel Carrier'!"
With every shout, he slapped a card onto his Duel Disk. From the Starlight Vortex emerged, respectively, the torso of a white mech, a steel head with red facial markings, mechanical hands whose arms were shaped like blades, and mechanical legs that kept the entire body floating in midair.
