As he spoke, the metal scarecrow that had just blocked Disaster Worm's attack was dragged back into the Trap Card by several rusty wires and Set back On the Field.

Scrap-Iron Scarecrow, the soul Trap that had persisted throughout the entire 5DS Anime, was probably one of Fudo Yusei's most frequently used signature Traps. Being able to Set itself again after negating an attack meant it could be activated and reused endlessly as long as it remained On the Field.

Of course, by the rules, a Trap Card could not be activated during the turn it was Set. So even after being Set again, it had to wait until the next turn before it could be activated. Thus, Scrap-Iron Scarecrow's effect could be regarded as "Once Per Turn, negate one opponent's attack."
