The light from Apostle of Annihilation struck the Trap in the center. The Trap Card flipped over, but just as it began to vanish from destruction, its artwork suddenly changed. After a stream of data flowed across it, it became the Trap Card "Fake Trap" before dissolving into golden light.
Though it had been destroyed as a substitute, Kira had clearly seen the brief image before it changed. The artwork on that Set Trap seemed to depict the famous old god himself—the one from "Solemn Judgment."
However, the old god on this card was not making the classic "you shall not pass" pose. Or rather, the gesture had been turned to face forward, with his palm aimed out from the card as boundless divine radiance bloomed from it.
Kira remembered that card. It was one of the old god series of Traps, exclusive to the Three Sacred Beasts.
