Kira's D-Wheel engine erupted with starlike blue flames. Wings condensed from magical power extended from both sides, as translucent as crystal. The silent wings formed from magic refracted starlight, beating rhythmically with the ascent and leaving specks of light dust in the air. The tires rolled over invisible currents, and the entire motorcycle rose vertically as though held aloft by an angel's hand.

The two of them continued climbing higher. The city below gradually shrank into a glowing chessboard, glass curtain walls reflecting the moonlight while streams of traffic resembled slow-moving swarms of fireflies. They became silhouettes amid the clouds. Kira's wings suddenly spread to their fullest, kicking up a ring-shaped gust, and amid the wind three hundred meters above the ground came the mechanical sound of Duel Disks unfolding.

"I've been looking forward to a duel with Z-ONE for a long time," Kira said with a chuckle. "Even if it's only a knockoff."

He felt that although a knockoff might imitate the personality and Deck, it was probably still no match for the original. Even so, it should not be underestimated.
