Banshee, the only Monster Kira had had on the Field, had already sacrificed herself for Immortal World, and for the moment, it seemed he had no barrier left to defend himself.

Kira snapped his fingers. "Then I activate my Set Card, the Trap Card 'Red-Eyes Soul'!"

With a grating sound like bones twisting out of place, a dark dragon claw tore through the smoke. Scarlet patterns glowed like lava across its iron-black scales. The Red-Eyes Undead Dragon spread its tattered wings, crimson cracks running through its body as though they were burning. The roar bursting from its throat was both a dragon's cry and the shriek of countless vengeful spirits.
