As soon as he finished speaking, the decree dissolved into motes of light and vanished on its own.
If it was the nerfed modern version, Royal Command could not be actively destroyed. Its controller had to forcibly pay 700 Life Points every turn to maintain it, and it could only destroy itself when the controller had fewer than 700 Life Points.
But the old classic version was different. Its controller could choose not to pay the Life Points and abandon the Command at any time, making it far more flexible to use.
Although Don Thousand's Clone found Kira's One-sided Lock tactic disgusting, he could not help feeling relieved when he saw the Command leave the Field.
No matter what, having one less of those hellish stickers was always a good thing. He might find another chance to fight back next turn.
