"Now that Orichalcos has been activated, you have no chance left. Let this duel become the ritual that sacrifices you and your beloved spirit to resurrect the evil god!"
Bandit Keith swept out his hand and slapped a Spell Card into his Duel Disk.
"First, the Spell Card—Fissure! This card destroys the monster with the lowest ATK on your field!"
The green Spell Card unfolded across Keith's field. The ground before Kira immediately began to shake violently, convulsing as though in an earthquake as an abyssal chasm split open along the earth.
"You only have one 'Silent Magician' on your field." Keith grinned viciously. "What a short-lived beauty of a magician girl."
"True Silent Magician's effect activates," Kira said. "Once Per Turn, she can negate the activation of a Spell Card. I negate Fissure's destruction effect!"
White radiance burst forth around Silent Magician. The Fissure card was blown into the air by a transparent magical storm and exploded into dust with a crack. The shattered ground on the field returned to normal as well.
"Tch, so she has an ability like that too."
Bandit Keith snorted in displeasure.
"Then I activate Stealth Sniper's effect next!" Bandit Keith said. "Discard one card from my hand and roll a die.
"If the result is anything other than 1 or 6, I can destroy one card on the field!"
Dice.
Kira remembered. This guy seemed to be someone who loved gambling with dice too. Even his signature trick of hiding cards in his sleeves fit the bill. He was a born gambler.
Though apparently, he hadn't beaten Jōno-chi back then.
Stealth Sniper was also a powerful low-Level monster with a decent usage rate in early Yu-Gi-Oh! As long as the die landed on anything other than 1 or 6, it could blow up
