Endless Fear

A dark blast of air swept forth, swallowing the de-leveled Air Circle Bird. Beneath that shroud of darkness, the bird's form began to change, transforming into a grim and monstrous entity.

Countless eyes opened one after another, covering its entire twisted shell. Some creature of ultimate terror seemed to awaken within the darkness, coldly surveying everything around it.

"Thousand-Eyes Restrict's effect: Once Per Turn, it can absorb a monster on the opponent's field as an Equip Spell."

Kira lazily raised a hand.

"Since you're so unwilling to let me absorb Dasher, you can keep it. The one I'm absorbing is this guy."

He smiled faintly.

"'Destiny HERO - Dogma,' be absorbed as an Equip Spell by Thousand-Eyes Restrict."

Aster: "..."

Surging darkness erupted from Thousand-Eyes Restrict's body, wrapping around Dogma without warning. The powerful Destiny HERO let out a thunderous roar, but he was ultimately dragged away helplessly by the darkness and absorbed. At last, his eyes rolled white as he was drawn into Thousand-Eyes Restrict's body like a puppet.

"Thousand-Eyes Restrict gains ATK equal to the ATK of the Equipped Monster."

Aster's mouth twitched.

Changing Air Circle Bird had transformed into Thousand-Eyes Restrict, changing from one Monster Absorption into another, even more sinister one.

Back then, this would have been a scene no one could have imagined even in their dreams.

But now it was happening. Truly happening, right before his eyes.

For a moment, it even made doubt arise in his heart.

Could it really be destiny?
