At the same time, in another world.

In a dimension where even time seemed swallowed by the eternal night, there was no daylight—only an endless night as deep and cold as the abyss. A veil of darkness tightly enshrouded the entire world, while the occasional flickers of ghostly light resembled the whispers of wronged souls.

At the heart of that darkness stood a castle that sent chills down one's spine: Supreme King's Castle. It stood atop a towering mountain like a demon god born from darkness itself.

A demon foot soldier on duty yawned, listlessly swinging the blade in his hand as he wandered into the shadows of a secluded corner.

He looked around, seemingly confirming that no one was nearby. Then he propped his blade against the wall and pulled down his pants.
