Judai Yuki had begun to change.

It was not only Kira and Joey Wheeler, who had accompanied Judai to Supreme King's Castle to put an end to everything, who noticed it. Even the others around Judai had vaguely sensed it.

Yet the change was subtle, more a change in temperament. Even Sho Marufuji, Judai's roommate, only vaguely felt that Big Brother seemed different. But if anyone asked him exactly how, he could not explain it.

"How should I put it..."

Sho Marufuji scratched his head while discussing it with his friends.

"It feels like he still looks the same—always cheerful, never thinking about anything except eating, sleeping, and dueling. But something inside him feels different."

He slapped his forehead.

"Ah, right. Sometimes I think I've seen Big Brother talking to himself when no one was around. I don't think he used to do that."

Just as they were talking about it, Kira happened to pass by. He patted Sho on the shoulder and smiled.

"Don't worry. He's fine. If I had to put it into words... he's just grown up."

Sho Marufuji, Manjoume, and the others looked at him strangely. They nodded, half-understanding, but did not ask any more questions.

Yes. The most accurate description was probably that he had grown up.

Judai still seemed no different from before at a glance, but an air of maturity now radiated from him without him even realizing it.

It felt as though the max-level Twenty-Judai from the final season of the anime had appeared ahead of schedule.

But Kira knew that while Judai had received something like an epiphany and shot up several levels, perhaps already nearing max level, he had not fully matured yet.

Now he had the Supreme King, and he had Ultraman. All Judai lacked was Yubel.

But that
