"When luck runs out, huh?"

Joey Wheeler slowly closed his eyes.

Then he chuckled twice through his nose. The laughter was strange, even a little chilling.

"Oh? What's so funny?" Pegasus asked, narrowing his eyes.

"No, nothing." Joey chuckled. "I just suddenly realized something about you, Pegasus."

He raised his head, his gaze carrying a hint of contempt.

"Now that you've lost the Millennium Eye, you really are nothing more than second-rate."

Anger instantly surfaced on Pegasus's face.

But he controlled it well and immediately returned to normal.

"Is that so, Joey Boy? It seems you truly have some skill now. But let me see whether you possess the strength to match that confidence.

I set two cards."

He drew out another two cards and set them with a wave of his hand.

"End Turn."

Joey drew, but his movement paused slightly as he glanced at his opponent's Back Row.

Pegasus might have thought that Joey had already forgotten about that, but unfortunately, Joey had an excellent memory.
