"Oh? You actually know about the Supreme King."
Kira's hand paused briefly as he spoke casually.
"You're a spirit from the dimension ruled by the Supreme King too?"
But the Queen gave a proud snort.
"I am Lord Evil God's most loyal subordinate. I will not be ruled by anyone else."
Kira rested his chin on his hand and nodded. "So you're from another dimension. Then may I ask what this Lord Evil God of yours looks like?
And why do you want this useless, good-for-nothing spirit?"
Eye widened its eyes in protest. "Hey! Who are you calling useless? I'm still right here!"
The Queen sneered. "I have no obligation to answer those questions."
Kira nodded. "I understand. Your status isn't high enough for you to have met your so-called Lord Evil God, nor is it high enough for you to know why he needs this spirit."
That immediately seemed to hit a sore spot. Her Majesty the Queen instantly bristled.
"Who are you saying isn't qualified?"
"Let me tell you, even in the entire Descending Sect, I'm one of the highest-ranking Queens! There aren't more than three people in the whole sect whom I acknowledge.
The only reason I don't know is because there's no need to. Such trivial information won't affect the execution of the mission, much less our loyalty to Lord Evil God!"
Eye narrowed its eyes, pondered for two seconds, then suddenly said leisurely.
"Suddenly, I feel like being an Evil God's bootlicker isn't that easy either."
"Indeed." Kira agreed. "Not even knowing what your target looks like... there probably aren't many people like that."
Spirit and master played off each other, making the Queen's ample chest heave violently as she said with a dark expression, "Are you two here to duel or to chat?"
Kira
